Baking Recipe Of Mini Cheese Cake by Chef Shireen Anwar
- Digestive Crushed Biscuits 2 cups
- Melted butter 4 ounce
- Cream cheese 1 cup
- Curd Cheese 1/2 cup
- Whipped Cream 1 1/2 cup
- Gelatin 1 tbsp
- Water 1/4 cup
- Caster sugar 3/4 cup
- Pineapple Jelly 1 packet
- Pineapple Tidbits 1 cup
- Pineapple Essence 1/2 tsp
How To Bake:
Method For Base:
1. Crush biscuits and mix with melted butter.
2. Spread in individual mini cheese cake pans and chill for 30 minutes.
Method for Filling:
1. Take a bowl and add cream cheese, curd cheese, 1/2 packet of jelly crystals and caster sugar.
2. Dissolve the gelatin in water and then fold the mixture in dissolved gelatin with whipped cream, pineapple essence and pineapple tidbits.
3. Spread all the mixture on the biscuit base and chill till firm.
4. Dissolve remaining 1/2 packet of jelly crystals in 1/2 cup of water.
5. Spread on top of all the set cheese cakes till jelly is set.
6. Decorate with swirls and whipped cream, pineapple and cherries.
